Viola E. Gibbs

Ms. Viola Elizabeth Gibbs, daughter of the late Joseph Gibbs and Janie Lee Gibbs was born on June 26, 1960 in Charleston, South Carolina. Viola transitioned from mortality to immortality at Lowcountry Community Hospice House Agape Care of Summerville, South Carolina on Wednesday September 20, 2023.

During her life Viola attended St. John Holiness Church of Hendersonville, South Carolina under the pastorate of Elder Bobby Bazzell. As an adult Viola attended Tucker Daycare of Walterboro, South Carolina.

Preceding her in death along with her parents are brothers, Oliver Gibbs, Solomon Gibbs, and Thomas Gibbs.

Left to cherish her memories are sisters; Mary (Harvey) Edwards of Greenpond, SC, Rosie (Harry) Edwards of Whitehall, SC, Jane Nelson of Greenpond, SC, and Carolyn Lewis of Charleston, South Carolina. She also leaves her brothers; Johnny Gibbs of Ft. Pierce, Florida, and Charles Gibbs of Greenpond, South Carolina.
