Sharon Deelane Lewis

Sharon Deelane Lewis,63 of Islandton passed away on October 14, 2024.

Sharon was born in Bamberg S.C. to the late Rodell McMillan, Sr. and Queen Esther Hicks.

Sharon was a member of Three Mile Creek Christian church in Ehrhardt, S.C.   She is a 1981 graduate of Ruffin High School and after graduating she started

working as a seamstress at multiple plants and ending her career in owning her own satellite business.

In 1989, Sharon married Horatio Lewis and to this union two children were born.

Sharon was predeceased by her mother, father, stepmother, and two brothers.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Horatio Lewis of Islandton, SC; son, Terrance Levon Lewis of Islandton, SC; daughters, Shamia Lanae Jones (Allen) of Walterboro, SC and Sonya Shaniece McMillan of Moncks Corner, SC; stepdaughter, Ariel Lewis of Jacksonville, FL; two brothers, Jackie McMillan of Ehrhardt, SC and Ernest Kinard of Walterboro, SC; one sister, Rene Hicks of Denmark, SC; two aunts, Louetta Williams of Greensboro, NC and Ida Lou Butler of Jersey City, NJ; Goddaughter, Mary Grant of Bamberg, SC  and fifteen grandchildren, four nieces, four nephews, along with a host of cousins and friends.
