Robbie Brown, III was born on August 10, 1969, in Walterboro, South Carolina, to the
late Mr. Robbie Brown, Jr. and Mrs. Jettie Ruth Brown. Robbie departed this earthly life
on Tuesday, October 21, 2025.
Affectionately known as “Junior” Robbie had a passion for baseball during his younger
years. He later joined the family business, RBJ Masonry, where he worked diligently as a bricklayer.
Robbie will be remembered for his kind spirit, strong work ethic, and the love he shared with his family and friends.
He leaves to cherish his loving memory, one daughter, Jettie Alexandria “Alex” Brown of
New York; two brothers, Frederick Brown of Walterboro, SC, and Julian Scott (Martina)
Dixon of Houston, TX; aunts, Mary Alice Waymer, Vivian Williams, Tina Williams,
Sandra Rhodes, and Diane Siders: uncles: Ricky Brown, Ben (Jean) Siders, and Robert
(Marilyn) Siders; a very special aunt and uncle, Janice and Roger Williams, who were
like a mom and dad to him; a close friend, Sonny Lovejoy; along with a host of nieces,
nephews, cousins, and friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.
