Ms. Tashia Monet Burgess, daughter of Apostle John H. Burgess and Elect Lady Letha M. Burgess, was born on February 4, 1985, in Walterboro, South Carolina. Educated in the public schools of the area, Tashia graduated Walterboro High School class of 2003. Upon her graduation, Tashia enlisted with the United States Armed Forces, and served faithfully until her honorable discharge in 2007. Early in life she demonstrated her faith in God. Tashia was a member of The Everlasting Kingdom of God Church: Miracle Temple Church of Cottageville, South Carolina.
Tashia was a person who lived her life to the fullest. A loving mother, cherished daughter, devoted sister, and so much more; she was the same person, all the time. She demonstrated a level of love to everyone that she met. She was truly one of a kind. On Tuesday: April 6, 2022, while in the comfort of her home in Killeen, Texas; Tashia departed from this earthly life. She is preceded in death by her loving grandparents and two brothers, John D. and Timothy A. Burgess.
Left to cherish her beautiful memories and smile are her three children whom she loved dearly, TaJohn Burgess, JohnTa Burgess and Ariana Burgess all of Killeen, Texas; parents, Apostle John H. Burgess, and Lady Letha M. Burgess, of Walterboro, South Carolina; one brother, Andre R. Burgess of Walterboro, South Carolina; along with a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends.
