Ms. Latonya S. Frasier, daughter of the late Susie Mae and Willie Frasier, Sr. was born on January 11, 1977, in Colleton County. She answered to her Heavenly Father and went on to be with Our Lord on December 11, 2021, at MUSC in Charleston, SC. LaTonya, affectionately known as Tonya, grew up in the Frasier Hill community of Green Pond, SC. As a youth she was educated in the public schools and graduated from Walterboro High School. A member of Whitehall AME, Tonya served on the Usher Board; she loved giving God praise. Her hobbies included dancing and especially watching Fresh Prince and The Cosby Show Tonya was a friendly, loving, and caring person. She had a smile that would light up any room and touched many lives with her compassionate heart. She loved each one she met. If by chance you didn’t know her, she would introduce herself as, “LaTonya Sheree Frasier” and would embrace you with a hug and a big smile. She really knew the meaning of unconditional love; and we will truly miss the joy and laughter she shared.
