Ms. Bernice ("Nea") Bailey

We respectfully honor the life of, Ms. Bernice Bailey. Affectionately known as, "Nea" (71); she was a resident of Walterboro, South Carolina.

Born October 3, 1948 in Santee South Carolina, she was the fourth child of the late George and Bernice Rhames. She went home to be with the lord on Thursday October 24, 2019. She was well known for her cooking and love for her family and friends. Ms. Bernice was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She attended Soul Saving Refugee Center as a Mother of the church for many years under the leadership of Pastor Eunice Williams. She then would later join Faith and Actions Ministries under the leadership of Pastor Ollie White.

Preceding her in death along with her parents are: sisters, Linda Jenkins and Mosel Green: and one brother, John Jenkins.

She leaves to celebrate her life; her children: Joseph Jenkins (Cathy) of Greensboro, NC, Sherry Bailey of Savannah, GA, David Bailey (Devonnda) of Phoenix, Arizona, Janet Spigner (Frank) of Summerville, SC. God children Michelle Davis of Yemasee, SC, Troy Simmons of Walterboro, SC, Brenda Bazzel of Walterboro, SC, Regina Elliott  of Macon, GA,  Nicola Gish of Hilton Head, SC: Siblings: Hazel Evans (Minister Kevin), Cathy  Chisholm (Willie): along with a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
