During the evening hours of Saturday January 16, 2021 Mrs. Pauline Stephens-Sanders, 73, of the Indian Creek Community of Ruffin, South Carolina; set out to embark on a journey of new life in a home immortal. Mrs. Sanders; a loving wife, sister, and more to those who knew her will forever be remembered in the hearts of those will forever cherish her memory.
The Public Visitation will be held on Friday January 22, 2021 from 5:00-7:00 P.M. At the Mortuary.
Graveside Services of Life will be held on Saturday January 23, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. At the Stephens Cemetery in Ruffin, South Carolina.

Mrs. Pauline Stephens-Sanders was born in Colleton County (South Carolina) on May 13, 1947 to the late York and Edith Stephens. On Saturday evening, January 16, 2021, she entered into eternal rest.
She grew up in Ruffin, South Carolina and attended the public schools of Colleton County. On August 13, 1962, she married Mr. Randolph Sanders. Their union was blessed with three children, Tony Anthony Sanders, Patrick Sanders and Lakeisha Sanders. She received spiritual guidance from Deep Creek Baptist church. There she served along her husband as a Deaconess. All three of her children have preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death are Two (2) brothers: Enoch Stephens, Roy Stephens, Four (4) sisters: Lottie Mae (Willie) Williams, Mamie (Marshall) Aiken, Clara Stephens. Mrs. Sanders was known as a hard worker. She was employed with JP Stevens, Le Creucet, Jinks, Pointe South Restaurant and Harold's Country Club where she worked until she became ill and was no longer able to work. It has often been said that she was an excellent cook, very outgoing, softhearted and giving. One of her main passions were her love for animals. She will be missed by many.
Her many memories will be cherished by her loving and devoted husband, Deacon Randolph Sanders,
One (1) sister: Verlynda Henderson, One (1) brother: Sammy Stephens, Five (5) brother in laws: Marshall (Gloria) Sanders, Ernest (Ruby) Sanders, Joe (Blythe Mae) Sanders, John (Loutricia) Sanders, Peter Sharpe, and James Jones, Five (5) sister in laws: Earleen Stephens, Dorothy Youmans, Annie Bell (Rev. Joseph) Williams, Annie B. Sanders, Madell Sanders; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
