Mr. Terry Murdaugh

With a grateful heart, we honor the life of Mr. Terry Murdaugh.  Mr. Murdaugh, son of the late Earthy and Dorothy Brabham, was born August 3, 1954, in Ehrhardt, South Carolina.  Terry was educated in the public schools of Bamberg County. Upon completing his educational studies, he entered the workforce.  For several years, Terry was employed with Hallman Sease in Ehrhardt. Shortly thereafter, Terry realized that truck driving was his true passion, and obtained his CDL to begin on the road.  He would continue driving truck for numerous years, until his health began to decline.  

At an early age he became a member of McCune Branch Baptist Church.  Affectionately known as "Big Daddy," Terry loved his family and friends. He was a reserved individual but if you were in his presence you would grow to love him immediately.  He also possessed a special love for working on cars and trucks on the side, always willing to lend a helping hand.  

During the morning hours of Friday: December 23, 2022; Terry bid this earthen vessel a farewell as he entered into his home in glory.  

Left to embrace the fond memories of his life are: children; Shalawn Coffield of Hampton, SC, Chris (Shannon) Murdaugh of Charleston, SC, Justin Murdaugh and Kristen Murdaugh, both of Ehrhardt, SC: along with five wonderful grandchildren, and a host of numerous other relatives and friends.
