The Portrait of Life
On November 12, 1996, the world was blessed with a phenomenal soul, Mr. Kesley B.D. McDonald-Shark. Affectionately known as “Fatz”, he was the son of Ms. Deanna LaNetta Shark and Mr. Kesley Thomas McDonald, Jr. Kesley was a brave, loving, caring, and charming baby. As a youth, he loved to dance, play football and baseball; and became a part of a brotherhood for life. He received his formal education and attended Stall High School, in Charleston, South Carolina.
As his favorite color was blue, Kesley was an outgoing and outspoken person. Kesley loved people and loved to make people smile and was the life of any party: fun, loving and just a little bit of “crazy”, all of which made the day. He was a dedicated loyal and faithful friend to many He loved to travel all over the place. He also possessed a special love for his fav, “Ride or Die”, sister, Mani. He would often say to her, “Pull up on me, Gang.” and her response was always, “Where you at, Man.” Their bond was unbreakable and stronger than life, itself. She spoiled him to the max but would always tell him,” I’m not your mama.” Knowing Fatz, you would know his comeback to be,” Yes you are, when mama not here. ANYWAYS, what you cooked because I’m hungry.”
