During the morning hours of Monday: May 14, 2018; God looked down into the earth and called one of His most humbled servants home! Mr. Joseph Harold Washington, son of the late Joseph Washington, Jr. and Mrs. Jane Rhodes Washington, was born October 18, 1987, in Walterboro, South Carolina. He professed his faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and became a member of the Aimwell Presbyterian Church, at an early age. Joseph was formerly employed as a sales associate with Wal-Mart. As time passed, he then became a sales associate with the former GNC store. During his time he also received several certifications with OSHA.
Affectionately known as, "Joe or Hal", he never met a stranger and loved children undoubtedly. He possessed a loving spirit, which would lead him to check on his family at any given time and never having to be prompted. He was the life of wherever he was and truly enjoyed making people laugh. He also had a love for cars, dancing, music and writing poetry. He was also as a "chef", because he would prepare delicious meals for his family and friends.
Preceding him in death is one sister, Noel Faith: Left to embrace the fond memories of his legacy of life are: mother, Jane Rhodes Washington: sister, Joetta Hope: brother, Joe Church and niece, Jalia Imani Thomas: along with a host of numerous, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
