Mr. Ernest Lee Williams, son of the late Frazier R. & Otha Bell Williams, Sr.; was born September 12, 1966, in the rural area of Colleton County. Ernest received his formal education in the public schools of Colleton County. As time progressed, he sought to further his studies with the Technical College of the Lowcountry of Beaufort, SC, and received his certification in the welding program. Entering into adulthood and throughout his life, Ernest became employed as a mechanic, and loved working on different cars, every chance he got.
A beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, Ernest was loved and cherished by all who knew him. During the morning hours of May 9, 2023, our dear Ernest departed from the shores of time. Preceding him in death along with his parents, are: grandson, Damon’te Lavon King: and three brothers, Elder Frazier R. Williams, Jr., Bishop Elijah Williams, Sr. and James Landy.
Left on this side to embrace the fond memories of his life are: daughter, Kimetra (Joshua) McFall: grandchildren; Anniya Oliver, Londyn Dash, Jream McFall and soon to enter the world, Jaleah “Lee Lee” McFall: sisters; Mother Rosa (Deacon Joseph) Ellison, Martha Smalls, Sadie (Elder David) Mathis, Agnes Allen, Otharine (Elder Joseph) Singleton, Mary McMillon and Emma Landy: brothers; Bishop Anderson (Mother Glenda) Williams and Robert Williams: sisters-in law; Mother Terry Williams and Mother Cynthia Williams: one uncle, George (Ida) Williams: one aunt, Millie Williams: special nephew, Travis Allen: along with a host of numerous other relatives and friends.
