Joseph Lee Frasier, son of the late Ernest Lee Frasier and Willie Mae Garner-Frasier. He was born on June 15, 1950, in Colleton County. Educated in the public schools of Colleton County. In his early and adult years Joseph worked as a Brick Mason.
Joseph was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He was kind, loving and easy-going. He helped his late mother Willie Mae Garner-Frasier raise his younger siblings. He loved family and he loved life. He will be truly missed.
During the early morning hours of Saturday April 15, 2023 Joseph departed from this earthly life. Preceding him in death along with his parents. Are his loving late wife Mildred Green-Frasier, his stepson Jerome Green and his brothers Sylvester, Ricky and Issac Frasier.
Left to cherish his loving memories; his loving children: Denise. Frasier, Tomeka & (Tremele) Mays and Joezette & (Jay) Jackson grandchildren, Reagan Frasier, Trenice Mays and Ventrice Watson; siblings, AL Donnie Frasier, Andrew & (Debbie) Frasier, Luke Frasier, Eleatha (Kenneth) Watson, Syllest Smalls, Joyce (Carl) Smith. Sister-in-laws: Ruthell Frasier, Linda Green, Janie & (Terry) Law, James & (Shirley) Green. Along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
