Gordon F. Lynah

Mr. Gordon Lynah, the son of Ruth Brothers Lynah and the late Frank Lynah was born on June 25, 1961, at Colleton Regional Hospital in Walterboro, South Carolina. He departed this earthly life on November 13, 2023, at Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida. Gordon attended the public schools of Colleton County and was a 1979 graduate of Walterboro High School.

Gordon was preceded in death by his father, Frank Lynah; grandmother, Eldora Lynah; grandfather, Joseph Lynah; sister, Priscilla Harrison; uncle, Bailey Lynah; aunts, Virginia Mikel, Patricia Lynah and Joheatha Lynah; nephew, Dexter Lynah, Jr.; niece, Syreeta Brothers and cousin Anthony Frazier.

He leaves on this side to cherish his memories: his mother, Ruth Lynah of Cottageville, SC; two sons, Gordon Dwayne Lynah of Summerville, SC and Justus James Bivins of Bradenton, FL; four grandchildren, Bryson, Brayden, Katelyn and Jackson Lynah of Summerville, SC; brothers, Kenneth Lynah of Bradenton, FL, Douglas Lynah of Cottageville, SC, Dexter (Edith) Lynah of Walterboro, SC; sister, Latrina (Greg) Holmes of Cottageville, SC; aunt, Shirley Brothers of Cottageville, SC; nieces, Ayonna Brothers of Cottageville, SC; Tia(Craig) McTeer of Walterboro, SC, Tiara (Jonathan) Parham of Summerville, SC , Kareen Lynah of Bradenton, FL; Karen (Dominique) Murray of Walterboro, SC, Jessica (Jasper) Farmer of Goose Creek, SC and Jozlyn (Kashawn) Lynah of Walterboro, SC and a host of other relatives and friends.
