Frank Aurthur Pinckney, Jr., affectionately known as Jr., gained his wings and departed from this earthly life to attend his most important heavenly calling with His Lord and Savior, leaving behind cherished memories and a profound impact on the lives he touched.
Born on August 15, 1973, Frank Aurthur Pinckney, Jr. was a devoted husband, beloved father, dear son and a true friend. His vibrant spirit and unwavering enthusiasm served as an inspiration to all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Frank professed his belief in God and was baptized and became a member of Mt. Olive Missionary Church under the leadership of the Rev. Jesse L. Summers.
He attended school in Colleton County, where he was a proud graduate of The Class of 1992, "The Walterboro Bulldogs".
Frank was an exceptional leader, exemplifying excellence throughout his distinguished career for 24 years with Brays Island Plantation as a Certified Irrigation Technician. His expertise and unwavering dedication greatly contributed to the success and growth of the Brays Island community.
He will be remembered for his kindness, compassion, and contagious smile. His remarkable gift for making everyone feel valued and loved an indelible mark on all who crossed his path. His 28- year marriage to his belove wife, Kawana, was a true testament to the power of love and companionship, inspiring those around them.
Frank is survived by his loving wife, Kawana Y. Pinckney and his children, Jasmine (Timothy) Thompson, Malik V. Pinckney and Tyrek S. Pinckney. His five grandchildren: Cameron J. Smith; Ameris V Pinckney, Canon T. Pinckney, Chanel F. Pinckney and Marley Thompson. His parents: Deacon Frank and Shirley Pinckney Sr.; Sibling: Gregory (Lashawn) Pinckney; His father/mother -in- law: Norman (Louise) Robinson; Two Sister-in-law: Dionne A. Robinson, Minister Marcella (Elder Anthony) Fields. His nieces: Cynea (Brandon) Kelly; Imani A. Allen; Nephews; Marcus A. Robinson; Norman T. Robinson and Gregory T. Pinckney. He has a host of loving aunts; uncles; grandnieces, grandnephews cousins, friends, a very special brotherhood of men, two very special forever friends: Deacon Elton (Angelia) Brown and one godson Mr. Ashton Robinson.
He was preceded in death by his sister Latoya S. Pinckney and his nephew Duvonte V. Blocker.
