Eva Inez Washington was born on February 14, 1947, and was raised in Cottageville, South Carolina. She was the daughter of the late Keylee Washington and Celia Mae Smith. Eva transitioned from her earthly life on October 2, 2024, at Trident Medical Center.
Eva attended Colleton County Public Schools. She joined Faith and Action Ministries some years ago. She loved spending time with family and going fishing with her aunt Polly and cousin Debbie.
Eva was preceded in death by her grandson, Jayshawn Washington and two aunts, Janie Lee Fraiser and Mary Ellen Washington.
Eva leaves two children to cherish her loving memories, Alexander Washington and Paulette Washington; three grandchildren, Dynaisha Washington, Chrisshone Washington, and Chrisdeon Washington, all of Walterboro, South Carolina; one brother, Henry Bonapart of Moncks Corner, South Carolina; one aunt, Pauline Smith of Walterboro, South Carolina, and two very special cousins whom she loved and who also loved her dearly, Frank Smith of Cottageville, South Carolina and Laquine (Jermaine) Singleton of Walterboro, South Carolina, along with a host of relatives, nieces, nephews, and friends.
