Raymond Allen Moore, 42, of North Charleston, South Carolina, transitioned from this earthly life on April 9, 2026.
Raymond was born on February 26, 1984, in Jacksonville, Florida, to Murry Moore and Deborah Hester. He was educated in the Jacksonville public school system and graduated from William R. Raines High School, Class of 2002.
From a young age, Raymond accepted the call of God upon his life and devoted himself to preaching the Gospel. He was a gifted and anointed praise and worship leader, as well as a dedicated prayer warrior who impacted countless lives through his ministry.
Raymond served faithfully in several ministries throughout his life, including Promise Land Christian Church (Bishop Brian J. Macon) of Atlanta, Georgia, and Paxon Revival Center (Pastor Steve Dobbs) of Jacksonville, Florida just to name a few.
During his employment at Lineage Logistics, Raymond was promoted to several positions, ultimately becoming a trainer responsible for developing and equipping new employees.
After serving faithfully for several years, in March 2025, he was ordained as an Elder in the Improving Lives Church under the leadership of Apostle Jonathan W. Fowler. At Improving Lives Church, Raymond played a valuable role on the leadership team. He served in various capacities including Personal assistant to Apostle Fowler, member of the finance team, lead vocalist on the music team and any role to ensure that every event was executed with excellence. Raymond was a faithful servant until the Lord called him home.
Raymond was a devoted family man who cherished quality time with his loved ones. He enjoyed cooking, taking road trips, and even doordashing. He was deeply committed to providing for and supporting his wife and daughters.
Raymond was preceded in death by his father, his mother, his sister Nicole Moore, and his beloved daughter, Bella Aniyah Moore.
Raymond leaves to cherish his precious memories his loving wife, Michelle Moore, and their two daughters, Raelynn and Maya Moore. He is also survived by his sisters, Amy Moore and Monique Moore of Jacksonville, Florida; his great-uncle, four uncles and two aunts.
He also leaves to mourn his mother-in-love, Cheryl Rose; brothers-in-love, Bryant Grissett and David Seymore; and the King and Simpo families, whom he loved dearly. Additionally, Raymond is remembered by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, The Improving Lives Church Family, and friends.
Elder Raymond Moore’s life was a testament of faithfulness, kingdom service, and faith in God. His legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him
