Dewright Eugene Jones was born on April 18, 1962, in Columbus, Georgia to the late Henry Eugene Jones and Rosetta McClennon. He departed this life on Thursday, July 24, 2024, in Decatur, Georgia.
Dewright attended Ruffin High School and graduated with the class of 1982. Upon completion he began to further his education at Orangeburg Calhoun Technical College.
