"In profound sorrow, we honor the legacy of Deacon Charlie Mack. The son of the late Roosevelt and Lottie Edwards Mack, he was born March 22, 1936, in the Hendersonville Community of Yemassee, South Carolina. As he resided in Walterboro, SC alongside his wife, Agnes: he currently served as a Deacon with the Pilgrim Ford Baptist Church of Yemassee, South Carolina. A beloved husband, cherished father, and a dedicated grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend; he was the true demonstration of wisdom and was the legend of the family. We will forever cherish, not only his service to his country: but his unwavering service to his family, God, ministry and community."
