Mr. Cecil “Starr” Hutchinson was born on November 24, 1953, in Lancewood, St. Elizabeth, Jamaica to the late Joslyn and Vindella Hutchinson.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brother and two sisters.
He leaves to cherish his memories forever, his fiancée’ Ms. Letha (Cookie) Rhem of Yemassee, SC; two sisters, Claudette Hutchinson of New York and Janice Hutchinson of Jamaica; three brothers, Desmond (Terry) Hutchinson of Walterboro, SC, Cleverton (LeeAnn) Hutchinson of Glennville, GA and RoWan Hutchinson of Jamaica; along with a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
