Cavin Varn of Walterboro, South Carolina was born on July 13, 1983, in Bamberg, South Carolina to Frances Varn and the late Garceil Varn. On August 2, 2025, while in the Trident Medical Center, Cavin transitioned to his immortal home.
He received his education from Ruffin High School. Cavin worked various jobs and worked a lot of side jobs.
Cavin was a humble and gently guy. He was easy to love and be around and always showed kindness to others and always was willing to give a helping hand to other people.
Preceding him in death is father, Garceil Varn and grandmothers, Evelyn Walters and Lilla Varn.
Left to cherish his memories and legacy are his loving mother, Frances Varn of Islandton, SC; two sisters, Shalawn Cofield of Hampton, SC and Shelby Varn of Walterboro, SC; three adopted brothers, Damien Lingard of Hampton, SC, James Lingard of Delware and Idress Dennis of Atlanta, GA; one adopted sister, Danielle Best of Hampton, SC; five uncles, Cleveland Varn of Islandton, SC, Gerald Varn of Walterboro, SC, Roger and Roy both of Lodge, SC and Ronald (Mary) Walters of Ehrhardt, SC; one great uncle, Ronnie (Norma) Capers of Hampton, SC; three aunts, Marcia Washington of Walterboro, SC, Joanne (Melvin) Pope of Brooklyn, NY and Pam Walters of Charleston, SC; one great aunt, Thelma Hicks of Orangeburg, SC; one loving Godmother, Stephanie Simmons of Orangeburg, SC; two special cousins, Andre Walters of Walterboro, SC and Ty-Wanna White of Walterboro, SC, along with a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
