Arthur L Walters, Jr

Arthur “Ardie” Lee Walters, Jr., was born on December 22, 1955, in Walterboro, South Carolina to the late Elder Arthur Walters, Sr. and Mother Rebecca Walters.  He passed away on April 19, 2024, at the age of 68.

He attended Colleton County Public Schools.  He was employed as a construction worker for many years.  He attended St. John Holiness Church, where he learned and heard the word of God preached in its fullness. 

Ardie was preceded in death by his mother Rebecca Walters; father, Arthur Walters, Sr.; two sisters, Sara Walters and Elizabeth Walters.

He leaves to cherish his memories; his wife, Cathy Manigo Walters of Florida; one daughter, Tisheika (Ricardo) Wright of North Carolina; two stepchildren, Juaun Kelly and Shaela Walters of South Carolina; three grandchildren, Tavon Wright of South Carolina, Ricardo “RJ” Wright, Jr. and Aaron Wright of North Carolina; three special nieces, Gloria (Willie) Gant and Vivian Brown of Walterboro, South Carolina; Jacqueline (Donald) Ruger of Columbia, South Carolina; one special nephew, John (Annette) Hamilton of Walterboro, South Carolina and host of cousins, relatives and friends.
