Respectfully, we honor the life of Mr. Rodney Tony Helton, 47, of Walterboro, South Carolina.
Mr. Rodney Tony Helton, son of the late, Solomon, II & Betty Ann Helton; was born July 1, 1972 in Colleton County. During his youth, he was educated in the public-school system of Colleton County. Transitioning into adulthood he worked various jobs; most recently he was employed with ECMD of Summerville, South Carolina. Rodney was united in Holy Matrimony to Ms. Pamela T. Young, September 2010. Affectionately known as “Rilo” & “Hot Rod”, he was a all-around family oriented man. A father, provider, and protector, he was just the family man. Along with his family, Rodney was also an avid hunter and most notably a DIE-HARD San Francisco 49er’s fan. On Saturday: September 14, 2019; Rodney transitioned into his eternal slumber. Preceding him in death along with his father, is one brother, Solomon Helton, III. Those left to cherish his life are: wife, Pamela Young Helton: mother, Betty Ann Helton: children, Lorenzo

Wynn: sisters, Caroline Wilder and Evyonne Helton: brothers, Charles Scott Helton and Cornelius White: mother in law, Rebecca Young: sister in law, Kristie Young: brothers in law, Don Young (Tearna) and Frank Young, Jr.: special nephew, Logan Helton: along with a host of numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and caring friends.
